The service
CEO Reminder App is a tool for keeping tasks and reminders. “We” means the people who operate it. “You” means the person holding the account.
Your account
- Use an email address you control, and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.
- One account is for one person. A private workspace address accepts a single account.
- You must be at least 16 to use the service.
Your content
The tasks and reminders you add are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so far as is needed to provide the service to you: showing them on your devices, sending your reminders, and building the summaries you have switched on. We claim no other rights over them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- break the law, or store content you have no right to store;
- attack, overload or probe the service, or get around its limits;
- access another person’s account or data;
- resell the service or build a competing one from it.
Reminders are a convenience
We work hard to deliver every reminder on time. Even so, phones, browsers, battery savers and networks can delay or block a notification, and none of that is within our control. Do not rely on the app alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause serious harm, such as medication, safety, or legal and financial deadlines.
The voice assistant
Speech recognition and the voice assistant can mishear or misunderstand. The app shows you what it understood before saving, and shows each action the assistant takes. Check what was saved when it matters.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as it is and as available. We may add, change or remove features. If a change affects your data, we will try to tell you beforehand. We may set fair limits on use, such as how much voice input an account can use in a day.
Our content
The app, its design, its name and this website belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. These terms do not give you rights to them beyond using the service.
Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or lost data, or for a missed, late or incorrect reminder. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and everything in it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes, and we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Contact
Ask the person who gave you access to the app, or the administrator of your workspace. They can reach us directly, and requests about your data are answered within 30 days.
