On this website
The pages you are reading now store nothing in your browser at all.
In the app
The app uses your browser’s own storage, not cookies. Everything below stays on your device unless noted, and all of it is needed for the app to work as you would expect.
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Your sign-in session | So you stay signed in between visits | Until you sign out |
| Quick unlock key reference | So the app can ask your device for Face ID or a fingerprint. The key itself stays in your device’s secure hardware | Until you turn quick unlock off |
| “Shown already” notes | So the install guide, the reminders prompt and the quick unlock offer are not shown again | Until you clear site data |
| Notification registration | So this device can receive your reminders. The address is also saved to your account | Until you sign out or turn notifications off |
| A small background worker | Shows a reminder when it arrives while the app is closed. It does not store pages or track you | Until you remove the app or clear site data |
Clearing it
Signing out removes your session and stops this device receiving reminders. To remove everything, clear the site data for ceotodo.app in your browser’s settings, or delete the app from your home screen. Your tasks stay in your account and reappear when you sign in again.
